Need help with the LCRRL leaderboard or Strava connection? Here’s what to do.

Include as much detail as you can: your Strava athlete ID, what page you were on, what you expected to happen, and any screenshots.
Common issues
- Leaderboard shows no data: confirm you have activities that match the relevant segment/event and that your efforts are visible per your Strava privacy settings.
- Can’t connect Strava: try signing out and reconnecting; ensure pop-ups aren’t blocked.
- My name/avatar looks wrong: these are provided by Strava and may take time to refresh after you update them on Strava.
Data deletion request
If you want your data removed from this Site, email LCRRL@norfolkcycleracing.org from the email address linked to your Strava account (or include your Strava athlete ID). We will delete the data we control that is associated with you.
