This website (the “Site”) provides cycling league leaderboards and related features for the Lotus Cars Cycle Racing League (“LCRRL”). We respect your privacy and aim to be clear about what data we collect and how it is used.

• Strava account identifiers (e.g., athlete ID) when you connect via Strava.
• Profile display details needed for the leaderboard experience (e.g., name, avatar image URL) as provided by Strava.
• Activity / effort data required to populate leaderboards (e.g., segment effort times, dates, and summary stats) where applicable.
• Basic technical data (e.g., logs for reliability/security, such as timestamps and error details).

How we use your data

• To display leaderboards and results on the Site.
• To keep the Site secure and reliable (debugging, preventing abuse).
• To respond to support requests.

Data sources

If you connect your Strava account, we access data via the Strava API in accordance with your authorisation and Strava’s API terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data where required to operate the service (for example, infrastructure providers used to host the Site and store leaderboard data).

Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the leaderboard and related features, or as required for security and audit purposes.

Your choices and deletion

You can request deletion of your data associated with this Site at any time. Email LCRRL@norfolkcycleracing.org from the email address linked to your Strava account (or include your Strava athlete ID), and we will delete the data we control that is associated with you.

Note: Data that remains on Strava is controlled by Strava and must be managed through your Strava account.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
